Important terms to know:
Executor - This is the person you are naming to execute the terms of your Will. The executor is usually a spouse, family member, or trusted friend.
Trust - If your beneficiaries are minors, your Will sets up a trust to care for these minors. The trust assets can be used to care for the health, education, maintenance, and support of the minor beneficiary. At an age dictated by you (in our form), the assets for that beneficiary will be distributed outright to the beneficiary and no longer controlled by the trust or the trustee.
Guardian - This is the person you are naming to care for your minor children.
Trustee - This is the person you are naming to handle your trust. The executor, trustee, and guardian can be the same person.
