Yes. Every document is prepared by a licensed Texas attorney and drafted to meet Texas law. You’ll sign before a notary and two witnesses to make it official.
What if something needs changing?
You get free revisions for 30 days, to make sure we get it right. After you review your documents, we’ll adjust anything that’s not quite right at no charge.
How long does it take?
Most orders are completed within one business day of our call. There’s no rush on your end — fill out the form whenever it’s convenient for you.
Do I need a trust?
For most Texas families, a will plus a transfer on death deed avoids probate without the cost of a trust. If a trust is truly the right fit, we’ll tell you on the call. Read more: do you need a trust? →
